Anne of Green Gables is a coming of age story for a little orphan girl who is adopted and raised in a quaint little village on Prince Edwards Island. Blessed with a powerful imagination and good heart, Anne comes to win over the hearts of every member of the community. While always well-intentioned, Anne has an extraordinary tendency to stumble into mistakes and tricky situations, but learns to overcome them and build friendships as she navigates the joys and sorrows of life and transitions into a young woman.
